Packaging & Delivery
To ensure discreet shipping to your home or place of business all purchases are shipped in plain packaging in a courier bag.
Products in stock are sent as soon as funds show, same day for credit cards and 24-48hrs for internet banking deposits. Products that are not in stock and are ordered in for you please allow 5-14 days for delivery after payment. When you are wanting an update on your product please log into you account and view your order history and you will see the track and trace number or ETA on the product.
Delivery Fee
Delivery is subject to a courier fee. This fee will be calculated at time of purchase.
Warranty
Unless a longer warranty is offered by the manufacturer, all products carry a thirty (30) day manufacturers warranty against faults and defects. In the unlikely event of there being a fault with a product purchased, BlushParties Ltd (NZ) Ltd will send a replacement providing the item is returned within the warranty period for that product.
Returns
Due to the nature of most of our product line, once the product has being opened, no returns will be accepted unless there is a proven manufacturers fault or defect with the product, in which case a replacement will be issued.
Privacy Notice
We have created this Privacy Notice to demonstrate our firm commitment to your privacy and the protection of an individual's private information.
When you place an order we will need your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, and an indication of how you will be paying. If paying by credit card, a credit card number and expiration date will be needed in order to complete your order. We will never exchange, rent or sell your personal information to any third party.
If you received a mailing from us, your e-mail address is either listed with us as someone who has expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future ("opt-in"), or you have registered or purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.
We will never share, sell, or rent individual personal information with anyone without your advance permission or unless ordered by a court of law.
